Building & Grounds Manager
Duties:
Manage, plan and coordinate activities associated with the physical, environmental and security conditions of the building facilities
Ensure proper care and maintenance of building facilities and equipment
Establish and maintain energy management guidelines
Coordinate fire prevention and security of the facility
Determine priorities for the enhancement, repair and modifications of building facilities and equipment
Manage and supervise grounds keeping, maintenance and housekeeping staffs
