Welcome to Conant High School! Conant High School offers 34 athletic programs over the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Summer athletic camps are also available for Conant High School students. Registration for all athletic programs can be made in the parent-portal of Infinite Campus. All participants need an up-to-date physical (sports) on file with the school nurse. Physicals can be emailed to the school nurse at chsnurse@d211.org or dropped off in the main office.
