All graduates may request official transcripts through Parchment (parchment.com) or complete this form to receive a hard copy of your official transcript. Hard copies will be mailed to the address you provide on the form. Please remember to sign the request. Federal law requires your signature in order to release your transcript. Please allow 3 working days to process. This form can be submitted by mail/drop off, email, or fax.
