Considering October is a month that recognizes the importance of Mental Health Awareness, the CHS Student Services Department, with the support of the District 211 Foundation Project, is proud to present the 4th Annual Mental Health Awareness Fair. Remembering to take care of one’s emotional and mental well-being is equally as important as taking care of one’s physical well-being. Everyone experiences stress, and it is important to identify positive ways of management.
Community Agencies and Supports attending include:
– Northwest Community Hospital Therapy Dog
– Arbor Counseling
– AMITA Health Hospital
– Mindfulness Information
CHS clubs attending include:
– Operation Snowball
– Writers’ Club
– Art Club
– Outdoor Adventure Club
Everyone is welcome to stop by the fair, which will be held outside the cafeteria, on Friday, October 20th…many resources, fun self-care tools/strategies and great information! Hope to see you there.
